1. All International orders are shipped from our International warehouse in China by DHL Express. For Taiwan and Hong Kong, we use SF Express.
All USA Domestic orders are shipped from Houston TX by UPS or USPS. 

*International customers, please confirm your order by replying the confirmation email within 3 days or your order will be canceled.

2. We do NOT charge import fees for international orders and every country has different policies and charges that you have to pay to get your products delivered. These charges are NOT covered in the sale price or the shipping cost. Please contact your local government about these fees before you order since we do NOT offer refunds if you decline to pay. By submitting your order, you will be considered to accept this policy.

3. We offer free Domestic shipping.
For International shipping, we offer free shipping on orders over $50.
Please note that we will not be able to ship to following countries due to the current unpredictable situation with customs duties: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Greece, Peru, Portugal, South Sudan, Maldives, and Romania or P.O.Box.

4. A Phone number is required by the fright companies. Customers from India needs to provide us a copy of Passport, Voter ID or PAN (Permanent Account Number). Customers from Brazil needs to provide us


Manufacturer's One Year Limited Warranty

We provide Manufacturer's One Year Limited Warranty on all original Ztylus products. All original Ztylus products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. At the sole discretion of Ztylus, any defective product will be repaired or replaced with the same or an equivalent product. It must be purchased directly from Ztylus or from an authorized reseller to be eligible for and covered under the Manufacturer's One Year Limited Warranty. Your sales receipt from the original Ztylus authorized reseller is required for warranty service.


Our Manufacturer's One Year Limited Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or abuse. Any damage caused by alteration to the Ztylus product or by using the Ztylus product for any use other than it’s intended use is not covered under the warranty. Damage to any non-Ztylus product is excluded without any limitation. Shipping charges associated with returning any product for warranty service are not covered under the Manufacturer's One Year Limited Warranty.
