A: All International orders are shipped from our International warehouse in China by DHL Express. For Taiwan and Hong Kong, we use SF Express.
All USA Domestic orders are shipped from Houston TX by UPS or USPS.

A: It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order. For Domestic customer, it will take approximately 2-5 business days for delivery by UPS or USPS.
For International customer, it will take approximately 7-18 business days for delivery depending on clearance process.
Q: Do I have to pay import/customs fees?

A: All products purchased have a 14-Day money back guarantee starting from the date the item is delivered.
Please note that we will NOT accept return packages after the 14-Day money back guarantee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original box and must include all accessories. We can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
