The Pico Dolly Kit works with any 1/4”-20 threaded mount accessory, or you can attach the mini ball head with the universal smartphone rig to mount your phone. This precise and durable designed dolly features locking control knobs to release or tighten the tension on the wheel axles to give a wide range of movement. The parts are high-strength, high rigidity & precision machined from aluminum alloy.

This Universal Smartphone Rig can easily adjust to clamp onto your phone. The bottom of the rig offers a 1/4"-20 tripod mount for you to mount it to the Pico Dolly or even a tripod. The top of the Smartphone Rig features a standard cold shoe mount that can be used for mounting a variety of accessories.

The Mini Ball Head is the perfect accessory for the Pico Dolly. The Mini Ball Head can be mounted to 1/4”-20 tripod mounts commonly found on most tripods, monopods, and light stands. The Mini Ball Head has a 90º notch so you can shoot in portrait orientation. The locking knob allows you to unlock the ball so you can quickly adjust it to various angles.

PICO DOLLY

The Pico Dolly features a matte black anodized finish and uses high quality metals, fluid roller bearings, and smooth wheels in a compact footprint to give you the most versatility for movement. The base plate has 1/4”-20 female threads to mount a variety of accessories.

The Pico Dolly offers high quality and unique camera tracking movements from any smooth surface. Adjust the two axles for side to side tracking, push or pull dolly shots, and even unique 360º rotating movements.

Q: Where is the order shipped from?
A: All International orders are shipped from our International warehouse in China by DHL Express. For Taiwan and Hong Kong, we use SF Express.
All USA Domestic orders are shipped from Houston TX by UPS or USPS.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order. For Domestic customer, it will take approximately 5-10 business days for delivery by UPS or USPS.
For International customer, it will take approximately 7-18 business days for delivery depending on clearance process.

Customers will receive an order status update via email containing their tracking number once their order has been shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to refer to their tracking number for delivery information.

A signature is required if your order value is over $100.00.

Q: What should I do my package is lost?
A: All lost packages must be reported within 30 days of your order's ship date. If we are notified of a lost package after this timeframe, we will be unable to process your request.

Q:What should I do if I put the wrong information?
A: If the shipping information is incorrect, please email us immediately to cancel the order.
We will not be able to make any change if the package has been shipped, and we will not provide a refund due to incorrect shipping information. Thanks for your understanding.

Q: Do I have to pay import/customs fees?
A: Yes. We do NOT charge import fees for international orders and every country has different policies and charges that you have to pay to get your products delivered. These charges are NOT covered in the sale price or the shipping cost.  Please contact your local government about these fees before you order since we do NOT offer refunds if you decline to pay. By submitting your order, you will be considered to accept this policy.

Q: How much is shipping fee?
A: We offer free Domestic shipping.
For International shipping, we offer free shipping on orders over $69.
Please note that we will not be able to ship to following countries due to the current unpredictable situation with custom duties: Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Brazil, Chile, China, French Polynesia, Greece, Maldives, Peru, Portugal, Romania, Russia, South Sudan or P.O.Box.

Q: Is there any additional information required to ship out orders?
A: A Phone number is required by the fright companies. Customers from India needs to provide us a copy of Passport, Voter ID or PAN (Permanent Account Number). Customers from Brazil needs to provide us

Q: What is your return policy?
A: 1.We accept return within 14 days starting from the date the item is delivered. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original box and must include all accessories. We can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.The refund will be issued in the same original purchase priceInternational customers refund value might change due to foreign fees and currency changed; check your bank for more information.

If all conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.
