How do I install my Revolver Kit for the Samsung Galaxy 7/7Edge?

What is the difference between your Z-Prime Lenses and the Revolver Lens?
The Revolver Lens is focused on versatility, which gives you 4 different lenses in a very compact package.  The Z-Prime Lenses are focused on quality and feature a multi-element lens design for optimal lens quality.

How are the Wide-Angle lenses different between the Z-Prime and Revolver Lens? 
The Wide Angle Lens on the Revolver Lens is more compact since the Revolver Lens is a 4 in 1 design. It is equivalent to a 21mm focal length.

The Wide Angle Lens Z-Prime Lens is a purpose built lens focused on image quality.  It has 4 glass elements that offer professional grade image sharpness.  It is equivalent to a 18mm focal length.

My Samsung Revolver Kit has a dark corner when I take a picture, what do I do?
During our testing, we found that a some Samsung models had a dark corner appear in their images. We have concluded that Samsung may use a different lens structure depending on the region the phone was manufactured.

Will my iPhone/Samsung flash work with the Revolver 4-in-1 Lenses?
No, the Revolver Lenses will cover your flash.

Can I use the Z-Prime Lens with my Samsung S7/S7 Edge Adapter Case?
Yes, you can!

Does my Samsung Adapter Case offer protection for my phone?
The Samsung S7/S7 Edge Adapter Case is to be used as an adapter to mount your Ztylus Lens onto your phone and does not offer protection for your phone.

Q: Where is the order shipped from?
A: All International orders are shipped from our International warehouse in China by DHL Express. For Taiwan and Hong Kong, we use SF Express.
All USA Domestic orders are shipped from Houston TX by UPS or USPS.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: It usually takes 1-3 business days to process your order. For Domestic customer, it will take approximately 3-10 business days for delivery by UPS or USPS.
For International customer, it will take approximately 7-18 business days for delivery depending on clearance process.

Customers will receive an order status update via email containing their tracking number once their order has been shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to refer to their tracking number for delivery information.

Order may require a signature.

Q: What should I do if my package is lost?
A: All lost packages must be reported within 30 days of your order's ship date. If we are notified of a lost package after this timeframe, we will not be able to process your request.

Q:What should I do if I put the wrong information?
A: If the shipping information is incorrect, please email us immediately to cancel the order.
We will not be able to make any change if the package has been shipped, and we will not provide a refund due to incorrect shipping information. Thanks for your understanding.

Q: Do I have to pay import/customs fees?
A: Yes. We do NOT charge import fees for international orders and every country has different policies and charges that you have to pay to get your products delivered. These charges are NOT covered in the sale price or the shipping cost.  Please contact your local government about these fees before you order since we do NOT offer refunds if you decline to pay. By submitting your order, you will be considered to accept this policy.

Q: How much is shipping fee?
A: USA domestic Orders: FREE SHIPPING on orders of $69 or more. $5 flat rate shipping on orders under $69. International Orders: Countries in Asia: $15 & up. All other countries: $25 or More.
Please note that we will not be able to ship to following countries due to the current unpredictable situation with customs duties: Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, and Saba, Brazil, Chile, China, French Polynesia, Greece, Maldives, Peru, Portugal, Romania, Russia, South Sudan, APO/FPO or P.O.Box.

Q: Is there any additional information required to ship out orders?
A: A Phone number is required by the fright companies. Customers from India needs to provide us a copy of Passport, Voter ID or PAN (Permanent Account Number). Customers from Brazil needs to provide us

A: 1.We accept return within 14 days starting from the date the item is delivered. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original box and must include all accessories. We can only refund the original purchase price. If all conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.
